To accept date and time information as the answer, this is the question you should use.
Select Date
Drag and drop Date question from the right side, under Add Questions.
Edit question
Over to the right, you will find the options to edit this question.
Here is an overview of what you can edit:

| Question Image | 3 | You can add one image to each question. |
| Date picker type | 4 | You can accept date only or date and time together |
| Time format | 5 | When accepting time information, you can choose between 12 hour and 24 hour format. |
| Disable past dates | 6 | Depending on the question, if you want to hide dates from the past, turn this toggle switch on. |
| Disable future dates | 7 | Depending on the question, if you want to hide dates from the future, turn this toggle switch on. |
| Required | 8 | If the question is mandatory, mark the question as required. It will add a * , next to the question. |

Add question details to see how it looks.
Note
You can always see the new question in WhatsForm by clicking on Preview.
If it says Unpublished Changes, it means there are changes waiting to be made public.
When you click on Publish, all pending changes become live on your WhatsForm.
