This article explains the difference between removing WhatsForm from your website, canceling your paid subscription, and permanently deleting your account.
Remove WhatsForm from your website
If you no longer want WhatsForm to appear on your website, remove the WhatsForm URL or code snippet from your site. Removing WhatsForm from your website does not cancel your subscription or delete your account.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription by downgrading your account to the free plan from the Billing page.
On the Billing page, click Manage Cards & Payments to downgrade or cancel your current subscription.
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically delete your account or remove your existing forms. If you do not see the downgrade option, make sure you are signed in to the account with the active subscription.
If you no longer have access to that account, contact us.

Delete your account permanently
If you want to permanently delete your account, go to Account Settings and click Delete Account.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your forms and collected data will be permanently removed from our servers.
