How to cancel my account?

Remove WhatsForm

You can always remove WhatsForm by removing the URL or the code snippet.

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription by downgrading your account to the free plan from the billing page.
Click on Manage Cards & Payments button inside the billing page to downgrade or cancel your existing subscription. This will prevent further payments from your card. You can upgrade your account later anytime.

Permanently Delete Account

We are sorry to see you go. To delete your account, go to Account Settings and click on Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and irreversible. All your forms and the data that was collected will be removed from our servers.
