# Why was this form blocked?

If a Whatsform link shows This form has been blocked, the form broke our Terms
of Service [https://whatsform.com/terms/]. A blocked form can't be opened or
filled in, and its link stays blocked.

WHY FORMS GET BLOCKED

Whatsform checks forms automatically when they are published, and our team
reviews the forms people report. We block a form when it is used for something
our terms do not allow, such as:

 * Gambling, betting, casino, slot, lottery or matka services

 * Phishing, or asking for passwords, bank logins or card details under false
   pretenses

 * Pretending to be another brand, company or person

 * Scams, fake offers, and Ponzi or pyramid schemes

 * Selling illegal drugs, weapons or other illegal goods and services

 * Adult content, hate speech or harassment

 * Spam, or collecting contact details for unsolicited messages

The full list is in the "Prohibited to Collect" section of our Terms of Service
[https://whatsform.com/terms/].

IF YOU WERE ABOUT TO FILL IN THIS FORM

Do not send your details to whoever shared this link, especially passwords, bank
details or payments. If someone sent you here to ask for money, treat it as a
possible scam.

IF YOU OWN THIS FORM

When a form breaks our terms, we also suspend the account that owns it:

 * Every form on the account is blocked.

 * The account can no longer create, edit or publish forms.

 * A Whatsform subscription paid on the web is cancelled. Payments made before
   the suspension are not refunded.

 * You can still sign in and see the responses you already received.

If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your
phone's settings, because only the store can stop those payments.

IF YOU THINK THIS IS A MISTAKE

Email care@whatsform.com [care@whatsform.com] from the email address on your
Whatsform account. Include the link to the form and tell us what it is for, and
we will review it.
