A response is the complete data filled in by the customer inside a WhatsForm. This response is forwarded to WhatsApp as a single message.

WhatsForm allows you to have unlimited responses in all its plans. You can see all the responses collected by WhatsForm under the Responses section.

There is also the option to export responses in CSV format.

Note

WhatsApp number of the customer is not collected by WhatsForm. Therefore it is not visible in the responses. However, you can explicitly ask for the WhatsApp number using our Phone Question. This can be useful to reach out to customers who decided to not continue the conversation on WhatsApp.
