How to assign values for options?

In WhatsForm, you can assign values to certain questions. Values become useful when you are trying to add values using the Calculation Component.

This guide will walk you through how to assign and edit values.

Assign values

Open your form builder to edit your questions. Click on the three dots and click on Assign values.

Enter the values into the text box next to each option.

Remove values

Click on the three dots and select Remove values to eliminate any previously assigned values that are no longer needed.

Bulk edit

For the Dropdown Question, you can use the bulk editing feature to make changes to multiple options at once.

Click on the checkbox next to Assign numeric values to the options and enter each value. Click Save to confirm your changes.
