Open Agents

Under Settings> Agents, the first option is Single agent routing. Here you will see the same WhatsApp phone number that you have provided when you created the WhatsForm.

When you set Agent routing to single, your WhatsForm will always deliver the responses to that single number.

  1. There is no limit on number of agents that you can.

  2. How to distribute responses among multiple agents?

  3. How to send responses to agents conditionally?
