The short answer is No.Yet we have a solution.

Unfortunately, WhatsApp does not permit us to submit responses to a WhatsApp group. We can only send numbers to a single WhatsApp number at a time.

What’s the solution?

Under Settings > Agents > Distribute, you can add multiple WhatsApp numbers of your team. This allows the responses to be distributed evenly among the team on a round robin basis.

There is also an option to distribute the responses based on conditions.
