With WhatsForm's Logical Jump feature, you can create dynamic forms that adapt to user responses. In WhatsForm, you can create multiple pages.
By using Logical Jump, you can add conditions and change the flow of your form, from page to page. This allows you to guide customers through the most relevant questions based on their answers.
What will Logical Jump do?
Consider the following example, where the form asks the user, "Which do you like better? - Coffee or Tea". Your user can choose either option and the form will change the next page accordingly.
If "Coffee" is selected, the next page related to coffee will follow. If "Tea" is selected, another page with questions related to tea will follow.
Select Open Logic
Go to your form builder and hover over any question. Click on the Open Logic button to create your logical jump.
Let's see how the logical jump option looks on different types of questions:
Multiple Choice Question
With Multiple Choice Questions, you can set up the form so that choosing "Coffee" directs the user to a page about coffee, while choosing "Tea" takes them to a page about tea.
Text Input Question
With Text Input Questions, you can set up logical jumps that trigger based on the presence of specific words or phrases inside the user's input.
Date Question
For Date Questions, logical jump allows you to create different paths depending on the date selected.
For example, you can ask for someone's birthdate and depending on the date of birth, you can determine whether or not ask senior citizen questions to the user.
Number Question
With Number Questions, you can use logical jumps to create different paths based on whether the user's input is greater than or less than a specific number.
Note
Make sure all your questions and Pages are ready before you start using the logical jump. After you have applied logical jump, preview the form to go through all possible cases.
