What is a Question Type?

Question types are the building blocks of your WhatsForm. They can be seen in the builder as follows:

Here is a brief overview of each question type:

Question Type	Purpose
Text Input	Used to accept plain text answers.
Multiple Choice	Used to accept one answer among multiple options.
Checkboxes	Used to accept multiple answers among multiple options.
Dropdown	Shows options as list and one answer can be selected from the list.
Rating	A 5 star rating question used to collect feedback.
Date	Used to accept date or date & time input.
File upload	Allows files to be uploaded to WhatsForm.
Email	Used to accept email address input.
Phone	Used to accept phone number input.
Title	Used to show a heading. Doesn’t accept answers.
Image	Used to show an image. Doesn’t accept answers.
Video	Used to show a video. Doesn’t accept answers.
