Text Input Question
Text Input Question is the perfect question type for open-ended questions. For example, you can use this question type to capture a customer's name, or a quick message. It can accept either a one-line answer, or a paragraph answer.
Multiple Choice Question
Multiple Choice Question is ideal when you would like customers to select only one option from the list. You can provide your customers with a variety of options and even add images for each option. Your customer will be able to select one option among all the available choices.
Checkbox Question
If you expect multiple answers for a single question, then you should use the Checkbox Question. With checkboxes, customers can pick more than one option. This is great for questions about interests or multiple preferences.
Dropdown Question
Dropdown Question works well for longer lists, keeping the form neat and tidy. If you have a list of options to be shown to the user, use the Dropdown Question. Your customers can scroll through the list and find their answer. There is also a Bulk Edit option for quickly adding or removing choices.
Number Question
Number Question can be used when the answer you are seeking is a numerical value. This can be a currency, decimal, or an integer. Number Question has built-in validation, so it will only accept numbers.

Rating Question
Rating Question lets customers provide feedback on a scale, which works great for an NPS survey. You can change the style between a rating star style or a survey style.
Date Question
Date Question allows customers to select a specific date and time. This can be useful for appointments, birthdays or delivery preferences. You can also restrict past or future dates and pick between 12-hour or 24-hour formats.
Email Question
Email Question is a must-have for collecting email addresses, whether it's for order confirmations, newsletters or follow-ups.
Phone Question
Phone Question allows you to collect your customer's phone numbers. This is ideal for follow-up calls or text conversations. Even though you'll be connecting with customers through WhatsApp, having their phone number is good practice for your records.
Title Component
Title component is used to add a heading to your form. You can also include instructions if needed.
Image Component
Image component allows you to add visuals like a banner image or a brand logo, making the form more engaging. You can upload the image directly from your computer or use a URL.
Video Component
Video component allows you to embed a video, which is perfect for a quick demo or a welcome message. You only need to copy and paste a video URL from an online source, such as a Youtube link.
