To temporarily prevent customers from submitting data on your WhatsForm, you can simply switch off the "Enable Form" button in Settings.
Open Settings
Visit the dashboard, and select the settings of the WhatsForm you want to disable.
Disable Form
Under Settings > General, turn off Enable Form. Do not forget to "Save" the changes.
Once the Form is disabled, it will display a message on your WhatsForm, like "Sorry, we are currently not accepting responses". It will not allow your customers to submit any data.
