How to add Razorpay as a payment method ?

You can accept payments in WhatsForm through the Payment Question.

Razorpay is a popular payment gateway in India that supports UPI payments along with other forms of transactions like credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Now, let's see how to add Razorpay as an option for accepting payments.

Note

Razorpay payment option is only available if the currency is set to Indian Rupees.

Login to your Razorpay Dashboard and go to Account & Settings then select API Keys.

Generate your Key, Copy the Key Id & Key Secret or Download the Key Details, then click OK.

Note

If you are generating this for the first time, make sure to save the Key Secret somewhere safe, as you will not be able to view it again.

Go to your WhatsForm dashboard. Click on Edit for the Whatsform you want to add Razorpay as payment option to.

Select the Payment Question and make sure to set the currency as INR (Indian Rupees). Select the "Add Payment Method" option.

Select Razorpay and select add payment method.

Paste your Key ID & Key Secret in the respective areas, and you can publish your form.

Confirm Razorpay has been added

Open your form and you will find Razorpay as a payment option.
